Welcome to moreconference. By using moreconference you agree to these Terms of Service.

moreconference may modify these Terms which will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services, indicates your acceptance of the Terms.

Privacy

When you post to the LiveBoard, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of moreconference, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).
When you add information to your profile, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of moreconference, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).
We appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about moreconference. We may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them.

Safety

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on moreconference.
You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access moreconference, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
You will not use moreconference to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of moreconference, such as a denial of service attack.
You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of these Terms.

Registration

You will not provide any false personal information on moreconference, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
You will not create more than one personal profile.
If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
You will not use moreconference if you are under 13.
You will only use the moreconference service for conferences or events which involve people meeting offline.

Resale

You will not sell access to moreconference to people who are not attending the event in person without our prior express permission.

Mobile and SMS text messaging

We provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees, will still apply.

Reservation of rights

moreconference expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, delete content from, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any moreconference service, if moreconference, in its sole discretion believes you have: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the Terms of Service. In such event, your account may be suspended or cancelled immediately in our discretion, all the information and content contained within it deleted permanently and you will not be entitled to any refund of any of the amounts you've paid for such account. moreconference accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted. moreconference expressly reserves the right to remove the moreconference service for any reason and without warning.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless moreconference, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to moreconference, your violation of the Terms of Service, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

moreconference does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or make any warranty of the results to be obtained from use of the services or content. Both the services and content are distributed on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis. moreconference does not make any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the services or content.

You can access other sites via links from moreconference. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents.

We give no warranties of any kind concerning moreconference or the material. In particular, we do not warrant that moreconference or any of its contents is virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties.

Objectionable material

You understand that by using moreconference, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit subject matter. Nevertheless, you agree to use moreconference at your sole risk and that moreconference shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Location of lawsuit

These Terms of Service provide that both you and moreconference agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the UK.
